When reviewing the milestones and tasks, you might accidentally approve a milestone. While there is not currently an option to un-approve a milestone on the milestone page, Sighten can correct the milestone status. To un-approve a milestone, please file a support ticket through the platform or directly email support@sighten.io. Please include the following in the request:
- Site uuid
- Quote uuid
- Milestone name
Within three business days, Sighten will return to the milestone to in progress and the contractor can re-submit the milestone for approval.
How to Find Quote and Site UUIDs
Here is an example of how to find the quote uuid from a job in the ops pipeline:
- Click into the job into the ops pipeline. At the top of the page, in the browser search bar, the quote uuid will be listed
Similar to find the quote uuid, the site uuid can be found in the browser search bar.
- To find the site uuid, click into the job and go to the site page of the job
