You'll have the option to enter or skip contact information entry after you enter the address when you use the standard setup. Here, you can enter one or more contacts for the project. If you enter more than one contact, you can mark a primary contact.
The email entered will be used for sending the proposal to the homeowner if you choose to email the proposal in the Proposal phase.
