Performance Improvements - We are always focused on improving the speed of our platform and have included several major improvements in this release that will make Sighten snappier and easier to use. These include:
- Project changes update all existing quotes in parallel to reduce the time to fully update the job and prevent the phases from spinning for extended periods of time
- Updated permissions structure to improve the speed across the entire platform
- Improved loading speed of ownership & assignment modal
- Improved loading speed of adding adding quotes to both proposals and contracts
Job Notes - To further help you stay on top of the next steps for every job, the job notes now include the ability to mark a follow-up as complete, as well as a past due indicator to the job in the pipeline if the due date has passed.
Energy Efficiency Categories - We have added support for the following energy efficiency categories:
- Insulation
- Fan
- Ductless Heat Pump
- Thermostat
- Air Sealing
- Duct Selaing
- Windows
HI Incentives - We have implemented the HI STC so the incentive calculations are completely automated.
Pricing Improvement
- Updated the compound frequency of our loan calculations to ensure full precision on all loan products.
- All full input solvers are now fully compatible with cost buildup. You can create any quote by defining all line item costs.
- Ability to delete outdated quotes
Usage Data Entry - Various improvements
- Fixed the usage phase so all entered values will remain exactly as entered
- Utility list shows all utilities for the job you are viewing without requiring a page refresh
Project Design - Various improvements
- Ability to delete projects to ensure it is clear which projects you are currently iterating on
- Setbacks remain on the array after refreshing the page
- Azimuth remains set on chosen side after project updates without flipping the direction on editing azimuth edge length
- Improved smoothness of automatically capturing the project snapshot
Proposal Sender - Improved the ability to send proposals to homeowners via email by ensuring the default sender is the user assigned to the proposal phase
In Job Assignment - Need to change the owner of a specific phase or of the entire job? This is now even easier as you can still take this action from the pipeline but also manage job ownership directly inside of a job by clicking on the assignment icon in the right navigation.
Channel Managers Assignment - In addition to the update above, we have further improved assignment to ensure channel managers can re-assign both phases and the full job for their channel partners.
API Documentation - For all partners who are interested in interested in integrating with our API's, we have added new API documentation accessible through the top right navigation.
