Customers may write to support to update their payment information on their Sighten account. When this happens we should never take their payment information, but rather provide them with a link where they can update their payment information on their own. Below are the steps to generate the link and email template.
Steps to Generate Payment Link
- Log into Invoiced (login provided in LastPass)
- Click on Customers on the menu on the left-hand side
- Look up the customer's organization name
- Click on the customer's name in blue
- On the right side of the, click on the down arrow next to More and select Generate Sign In Link
- Copy the link by clicking on the clipboard icon
- The customer's email allowed to access the link is under the profile information.
