Customer documents are often uploaded after an agreement has been signed based on the document tasks for that job. To upload customer documents before an agreement is signed, use the deal notes section found in the upper right menu bar when you are viewing an individual job.
One or more documents can be uploaded. Once documents are uploaded, they can be downloaded. For example, an ops coordinator may want to download a utility bill that was uploaded pre-sale and add it to a Utility Bill task in the project workflow.
What types of documents can be uploaded?
Any document type can be uploaded and save using this feature: PDF, image, excel, etc. There are no file type restrictions.
To add a new document, click the "+" icon in the Documents section
This will be visible once you've opened the deal notes section at the far right of the job navigation menu.

You can add multiple sales documents. Try naming the documents with a helpful title so other team members working with the job will be able to easily understand and categorize the type of pre-sale document that was added.

Note that the document upload feature can only be accessed once you click into a specific job.
