Document ready to review on Onboard

Use this template when a customer requests a new document or a change and they would like to test it first on Onboard before pushing it live on Engine.

Hi [Name],

We wanted to let you the document changes are available to test on onboard - https://onboard.sighten.io/. Onboard (https://onboard.sighten.io/) is a test environment that will allow you to test document changes without sending it to customers. It has the same login credentials as your "live" account. To test your document, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to https://onboard.sighten.io/

  2. Use your regular Sighten login email and password to log in (remember they’re case sensitive)

  3. Create a new job that matches the criteria of the document you’re testing (i.e. if you need to test a storage project, make a job with storage)

  4. Create a quote for that project

  5. Generate a contract on that new quote

Please note, your document will be available to test until our next release. Here is more information on our release schedule - EverBright Release Schedule.

If everything looks good, let us know and we will push the document live on your account! If there are any errors or other changes you would like made, please let us know and we will address them.

Thanks,

Nudge:

Use this template when you’ve sent the above email and haven’t heard back from the customer in 3 business days.

Hi [Name],

As a reminder, the document changes you requested are available to test on onboard - https://onboard.sighten.io/. Onboard (https://onboard.sighten.io/) has the same login credentials as your "live" account. Your document will be available to test until our next release EverBright Release Schedule. To test your document, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to https://onboard.sighten.io/

  2. Use your regular Sighten login email and password to log in (remember they’re case sensitive)

  3. Create a new job that matches the criteria of the document you’re testing (i.e. if you need to test a storage project, make a job with storage)

  4. Create a quote for that project

  5. Generate a contract on that new quote

If everything looks good, let us know and we will push the document live on your account! If there are any errors or other changes you would like made, please let us know and we will address them. If we don’t hear back from you within one business day, we will assume the document looks good and we will push it live.

Upcoming release email:

Use this template when a customer has a document ready to test on onboard but we’re doing a release so onboard will be reset.

Hi [Name],

This is just to let you know that we’re doing a release tonight, meaning that all documents on onboard waiting for testing will be reset. If you could test your document today and let us know if it looks good to go live, that would be great! If you cannot get to it today, we can always put it back up tomorrow for you, but I just wanted to let you know about the release in advance. If you want us to just go ahead and make your changes live without testing, we can do that too!

Let me know!

Thanks,
