Qualification

• Add Conditional Approval to the Internal Credit Status Update Notification options.

• Added handling to the address fields in qualification such that "-"s are replaced with " " to allow for successful submission and processing of applications.

Contract

• Added validation on contract generation to ensure all key, contractual metrics in the contract populate correctly.

Metrics

• Created new metric carbon_equivalent_coal_tons for environmental impact page.
