Background:
A contract holder, homeowner, or an authorized caller on behalf of the contract holder may contact support through a phone call, chat, or email requesting to change/update password on Account Servicing Portal.
Process Overview:

1 | Confirm with caller if they have previously registered for their online portal access on Account Servicing website? |
2 | Advise caller to: Log into their Account Servicing Portal From MyEverBright Portal: https://myeverbright.com/login and click on the “Payment Dashboard” link from the dashboard in the portal to access the Account Servicing website From web browser: https://billing.accountservicing.com
Click on My Profile icon in the navigation bar on the left of the page Select Change My Password button Click Save
