How do I review support tickets assigned to me?

  1. Go to the Support Queue in Jira:
    1. Installer:  https://sighten.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/SS/queues/custom/1
    2. Homeowner:  https://sighten.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/SS/queues/custom/1
    3. Design Desk: https://sighten.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/PD/queues/custom/40
  2. On the left, you will see a list of QUEUES of tickets.
    1. Click on "Assigned to me" to view all tickets assigned to you
    2. Click on "Unassigned" if you'd like to grab a new ticket.
    3. Note that this should be sorted by most recently updated at the top 

Expectations:

  • Review all of your assigned tickets multiple times daily
  • Add questions and suggested resolution by tagging your team (i.e. annelouise) in INTERNAL comments
