How do I review support tickets assigned to me?
- Go to the Support Queue in Jira:
- On the left, you will see a list of QUEUES of tickets.
- Click on "Assigned to me" to view all tickets assigned to you
- Click on "Unassigned" if you'd like to grab a new ticket.
- Note that this should be sorted by most recently updated at the top
Expectations:
- Review all of your assigned tickets multiple times daily
- Add questions and suggested resolution by tagging your team (i.e. annelouise) in INTERNAL comments
