Why is EverBright blank?
If EverBright is loading a blank page after you’ve logged in to the platform, it is likely because your user profile has not been assigned to a team within your organization. Organization admins must assign individual users to a team, as teams have corresponding access and edit permissions to the various phases within a project. If a user has not been assigned to any team, the platform will simply load as blank, as our system registers the user as not having permission to access or edit any phase of the platform.
The best course of action is to contact your organization’s admin and request they allocate you to the appropriate team/s. Organization admins can visit How do I manage users and set permissions? for extensive directions on how to assign users to a team.
