Ownership Title Requirements
EverFixed and/or EverFlex
Title Requirements:
Ownership by Individuals
One or more applicants:
Applicant or Applicants must be on the Home’s Title.
If a co-applicant in the agreement is needed; it will be required that both (Primary and Secondary) are registered in the Title of this property (We will not allow a Co-Signer that is not in Title).
We will not accept a Credit application with someone that is not in the Title of the property, meaning that either the Applicant or Applicants must be on he Credit Application too
The exact name(s) from the title must be on the homeowner agreement and must be executor(s) of the agreement.
Ownership by Trust
At least one trustee must reside in the property and sign the agreement.
The exact name of the trustee as listed on the trust agreement must be on the EverFixed and/or EverFlex agreement.
Additional documents required: pages of the document/trust which shows the full name of the trust, all trustees, the date of formation of the trust, and the signature page of the trust.
Ownership by LLC, S Corp, and C Corp
A director or officer of the entity must reside in the property and must be an executor of the agreement.
One or more applicants must pass credit requirements and sign the agreement.
Additional documentation required: business formation documents showing all officers and directors of the entity, and the signature page of the business formation documentation.
