EverBright EverFix

  • Annual Production x kwh divided by 12.

  • Bills will be processed on a monthly basis.

EverBright EverFlex

  • Actual Monthly Production x kwh rate

  • Monthly bill will be dependent on energy production along with taxes and fees if applicable

Lease information pending final spec sheet revision.

EverBright EverEasy

  • Bill will reflect Monthly Lease Payment.

  • Agreed upon payment amount prior to in-service date

EverBright EverOwn

  • First Payment - 30 days post Start Date.

  • Monthly Payments following the first payment will fall on the same day of the month. 

Start Date - The date the system has been connected to the grid and approved by the utility or 30 days after system install is complete.

 

Grand Total = (Solar Equipment + Additional Line Items + Base Cost + Labor) x (100% + Project Level Margin). Refer to the Cost Buildup FAQ article for further details.
