View Billing Statements [Account Servicing Portal]

Background:

A contract holder, homeowner, or an authorized person on behalf of the contract holder may contact support through a phone call, chat, or email requesting assistance on how to view billing statements on

Account Servicing website/portal.

The portal will provide the customer with the option to register for electronic invoicing under Paperless Billing. Once registered, the homeowner will receive email notification which will include summary information and a link to the portal when an invoice is generated. The homeowner will also be able to view up to 12 months of invoices which can then be printed and downloaded as needed.

Confirm with customer if they have previously registered for online portal access on Account Servicing website?

Advise customer to:

  1. Log into their Account Servicing Portal

  2. Click on View/Pay Invoices icon in the navigation bar on the left of the page

  3. Check the box next to the invoice(s) you want to view (A list of all invoices will appear with functionality to search by date, invoice number, and amount.)

  4. Click View
