Update Username [Account Servicing Portal]

Background:

A contract holder, homeowner, or an authorized person on behalf of the contract holder may contact support through a phone call, chat, or email requesting to change/update username on

Account Servicing website/portal.

Confirm with customer if they have previously registered for online portal access on Account Servicing website?

If yes, proceed to Step 2
If no, refer to SOP for Account Registration [Account Servicing Portal] then proceed to Step 2

Advise customer to:

Log into their Account Servicing Portal
- From MyEverBright Portal: https://myeverbright.com/login and click on the “Payment Dashboard” link from the dashboard in the portal to access the Account Servicing website
- From web browser: https://billing.accountservicing.com
Click on My Profile icon in the navigation bar on the left of the page
Select Change My Username button
Click Save

Was the customer’s concern(s) resolved?

If yes, enter disposition notations with billing disposition notations and Stop
If no, follow the appropriate SOP based on their additional concern(s)
