Using Docusign to troubleshoot or resend contracts

Here’s how you can log in to docusign. From here, you can often trouble shoot issues related to installers and homeowners with issues receiving contracts.

You can also use Docusign as a secure way of resending a homeowner their contract, rather than attaching the contract directly to an email or ticket, which is against policy. That’s because email is a vulnerable way to send confidential information. However, resending a docusign email is a better approach due to Docusign’s security protocols for attachments.
