Background: When a request is received to participate in the Residential Renewable Energy Solutions (RRES) netting program and EverBright is listed as the Tariff Payment Beneficiary.
If the Tariff Payment Beneficiary form is received along with an interconnection agreement, it is unnecessary for submission to the RRES.
EverBright will not be moving forward with the Residential Renewable Energy Solutions (RRES) netting program.
The installer should submit a standard interconnection request to the utility since EverBright does not participate in that program.
Click on the link to the DocuSign
From the DocuSign click on Other Actions and select Decline to Sign:
Click continue:
Copy and paste the following into the free form text box:
Hello,
Please submit a standard interconnection request to the utility because EverBright does not participate in the Tariff Payment Beneficiary Program.

Click Decline to Sign
If the above option is not available add the installer’s email address to the ticket and reply to the request with the above statement.
