Welcome Letter from Launch/Account Servicing

Background:

With the transition to Launch/Account Servicing, customers will receive welcome letters via USPS mail and electronically for accounts enrolled in email communication. The welcome letter includes the account number required for registering on https://everbright.youronlineaccount.com/ with enrollment information, payment methods, and updated due dates for specific customers.
