Customer request someone to call them in an email support ticket:

  • Update ticket subject to include "Phone support request", do not remove other check

  • Update phone number field on ticket to phone number provided by customer

  • Send a response using the sample responses below

  • Assign ticket to @Kira Gaza

  • Create ticket from olark to Jira

  • Update all ticket fields as normal for transferring chat to email support

  • Update phone number field on ticket to phone number provided by customer

  • Send a response using the sample responses below

  • Assign ticket to @Kira Gaza
