What information should I submit to support?

When you encounter an issue in EverBright and need to submit a request for support, please include include as many details as possible in your support request.

For example:

  • A screenshot

  • Page link (URL link)

  • The steps you took before the issue occurred

  • Any actions you are blocked from taking

Including this information will effectively notify EverBright support of exactly which scenario to investigate.
