Response to Pricing Increase Concerns

Thank you for reaching out. We are very excited about all of the new features we have launched and would love to discuss with you how they apply to your business. Over the past year we have released a significantly enhanced design tool, increased support for energy efficiency and storage projects, an integrated CRM tool, integrated permitting option, and an improved UI and performance

  • Discuss all of the features we’ve rolled out this year and over the last few years and have never charged more for: 2.0 platform, efficiency + storage, automated shading estimates, MyProposal, etc.
  • Discuss all of the investment we’ve made and will continue to make in our support and configuration teams to provide best-in-class service
  • Reiterate that we still allow unlimited users and are committed to being an incredibly scalable solution for our customers
  • Reference our many hundreds of customers doing many thousands of installs per month (social proof); mention top 10 installers running their businesses on Sighten (social proof)
  • Discuss exciting features we’re working on (CRM) and features we’ll be releasing over the coming months: further design improvements (map images), more partnerships with financing programs and other service providers, etc.
