New Features & Enhancements

Financing

• Variable APR's throughout contract: We have built out the capability to have varying APR's on any years of the contract term, for the ultimate pricing flexibility.  This is great to use for the new flex rate products coming out!  
• ACH Optout Fee: We have built out the capability to add an ACH optout fee to any loan product.

Cost buildup

Ensuring you get all of the detailed costs correct for your quote is very important and we are working to make it easier for you every day.  Improvements from this release include:

• Incentives: We have improved the accuracy of the following incentives
  
  • CA EPBB
• Force cost buildup: We have added a feature to require the use of cost buildup for all quotes.  This is great for any times you want to ensure all reps quote with the same level of detail! Please reach out to support@sighten.io if you want to learn more and have this set up in your account!

Contracts & Operations

• Contract countersigner: We have added the capability to set a specific contract signer for your organization and apply this to all contracts in your organization as well as all contracts for your downstream partners.  Please reach out to support@sighten.io if you want to learn more and have this set up in your account!
• Reporting: Fixed issue with reporting incorrect financier for quotes; Fixed intermittent issue generating credit & workflow reports

Settings

• Proposal Settings: Ensure primary color updates are captured; update contain function to ensure background images can be set to not stretch; allow for setting any proposal template to be the solar default
• Usage Settings: Added the ability to delete user personas
• User Invite: Require a team when inviting a new user to set users up for success when accepting their invite; Updated the new user invite process so all new users are not set to be organization admins

Assignment

• Default Phase Assignment - We have improved phase assignment so that each phase can now have a default assignee.  This is ideal for situations where a single user always completes the project design for all of your jobs, or a single manager assigns out each phase/job individually to team members!

User Experience Updates

We have made multiple improvements to the user experience across the sales phases:

• Project: Quote phase remains available after archiving projects; calculate button available with all correct input data
• Qualification: Overlapping icons fixed; multi-click prevention added; amount approved can now be added with cents 
• Proposal: Timestamp used on proposal will display in timezone of Sighten user
