Requests to enable Renew Financial products and partners will come directly to Support and can be completed by the support team!  Below are the steps. 

1. Onboarding form will be sent directly to Support

  • The email will come from Typefrom and the subject will always be "Renew survey submitted: Organization Name."
  • The email is generated when a Sighten partner is approved to sell Renew 
  • The body of the email should confirm that an organization has been approved to quote the HDMC product in Sighten.
  • The ticket will look something like this:


2. Confirm if the organization is already on the Sighten platform.  

  • Here are instructions on how to confirm if an organization is already on the system. In most cases, the organization will be a direct Sighten partner.

3. Create Partnership Between Renew Financial and Organization

  • Depending on whether or not the organization is already on Sighten, please take the appropriate step:
    • Send the invite from HDMC to create the organization using the create new account process.  Instructions are here.  This is unlikely.  If the customer is not on Sighten, please reach out for organization address and Sighten Admin user information.
    • If the organization is already on the platform, use the partnership process already for organizations on the platform outlined here. This will be the process the majority of the time. 

4. Configure account 

  • Confirm feature settings to as follows:

5. Turn on "Fees included in Basis" in org finance assumptions in Django Admin

  • Turn on "Fees included in Basis". This will likely already be checked, but this is good to confirm.

6. Update Organizations reporting items

7. Login to Lifestyle Energy as Sighten Admin and Share Products

  • Share the product marked "HDM Capital Prepaid PPA".  More instructions on how to share products are here.

8. Login to Partner Account and Invite User (If necessary)

  • Invite the user given to you by HDMC, if the account is not already a Sighten Partner. This step will normally be unnecessary. You can name them as follows
    • First Name = Sighten
    • Last Name = Admin
    • Give all manager and org admin permissions

9. Send Customer Email

  • Reply to Support ticket and let them know the product is ready and they can sign up for training
