System Performance: We are always working to improve our system performance to ensure a snappy experience for you. Most recently we have released improvements to improve the loading time for the usage phase as well as made general improvements to improve loading times for each page will inside of a job.

Today we have released the following new functionality for the Design Desk:

• Added the ability to see the status of a request directly in the job

• Added the ability to upload files such as utility bills with your request to further reduce the steps needed by your sales reps to get a proposal.

• Added min/max azimuth & min number of panels to the design desk template settings

Project Phase

• Add array edge lengths: You can now see the length of each edge of array edge to provide you with all information needed while designing your system

Proposal: Our goal is to ensure your proposal can be tailored to your specific and we are always adding new features to improve your proposal. • Request contract & credit application in proposal: Homeowners can now request a contract or credit applications for the specific quote they want to move forward with. This makes your sales process that much easier and faster, allowing homeowners to sign immediately without any additional work for the rep!

• Enhanced the comparable values functionality in the proposal settings to allow you to set different values for different project types. This means you can specify your solar proposals to shows savings and cashflows out to 25 years, and your storage only proposals to shows savings and cashflows out to 10 years, ensuring all projects can be shown to homeowners with ideal numbers.

• We have added a significant number of new metrics and re-organized these lists to ensure you can add any data you want to your custom templates easily and quickly.

Reporting

• Lead Report: Added report containing basic lead information

Stability

We have been hard at working generally improving the stability of our platform. Some of the specific improvements are:

• Projects

  • Improved experience designing arrays on ipad

  • Improved error handling to prevent error received from PVWatts for 360 azimuth

  • Improved error prevention while re-designing project with keepouts

  • Updated project offset value in job summary to incorporate all solar, storage & ee impact on offset

  • Fixed issue with list of equipment models approved for Sunnova financing

• Proposals

  • Fixed issue with saving proposal templates for some users with incorrect permissions

  • Fixed issue where promotions were removed from quotes after updating the project

  • Ensure proposal graphs always print on the pdf proposal

  • Ensure the correct template is always defaulted based on your organization settings
