The Genability rate calculations included in the tool do not include taxes. This might result in the rates your customers see on the tool being slightly lower than they see on their utility bill. This is normal, and does not reflect a miscalculation.
If you would like to match the bill your customer sees exactly (including taxes), just use the /wiki/spaces/SS/pages/1260447 method of utility bill entry.
