Support articles have a new home!

Our support articles have been moved and can be accessed directly from Sighten under "Support" in the left navigation. You can use the Support section to find articles explaining various parts of the platform, as well as to engage with our customer support team on any questions you have.

New features

  • Improved Qualification Tool: Sighten's new qualification tool has arrived! We're excited to bring you a new qualification page that is much easier to use and understand when submitting new credit applications or viewing results.

    • Support for pre-qualification (for example, pre-qualification based on address)

Enhancements

  • Sending Milestones for Approval: When a milestone is submitted for approval in the operations part of the platform, operations users will now be able to review key details of the deal, such as the payment amounts, prior to submitting the deal. This will help the ensure the correct contract is submitted and will increase approval speed.
  • Automatic log out after submitting a credit application: For users who have homeowners submit credit applications through our platform using tablet or laptop during a home visit, you no longer need to open the credit application in an incognito window. After the credit application is submitted, the site re-directs back to Sighten log in and you will be able to proceed as normal.

Fixes

  • Proposal image & snapshot tool: We've improved the proposal tool snapshot feature to guard against cutoff images. If your snapshot is not available at the time of proposal, the default system image will be used.
