Steps to Complete a Welcome Call

Step 1.

Installer completes necessary action in scheduling tool and provides the following information (Email is the scheduling tool) An email sent to Support@goeverbright.com will generate a ticket for the Everbright Support Representative to know that they should reach out to the client..

  • Customer Name

  • Organization Name

  • Client Phone Number

  • Preferred Time of Call

  • Address of Residence

  • Contact information for if the Call Fails.

Step 2.

Everbright Installer Support Representative calls customer and completes call.

  • A copy of the Welcome Call recording is uploaded to the EverBright Customer Profile by the Everbright Installer Support Representative

  • The Everbright Installer Support Representative will attest to the validity of the call.

Installer will be sent an email informing them that the Welcome Call has been completed and can be reviewed along with other required items from Milestone One.
