Installers working with channel managers and/or financiers in EverBright may need to submit milestones for approval as a project moves through the operations workflow.

After opening the job, click the "operations" icon in the toolbar at the left of your page.


The workflow will display various milestones (e.g. Sales Requirements) on the left, and each milestone will have specific tasks that must be completed. A milestone approval request can be sent by clicking Send For Approval. Depending on the task settings, some task may need to be complete before the Send For Approval button becomes available.

 

The milestone status will change to "Pending Primary Approval" underneath the milestone name.

While a milestone is pending review, you will be unable to edit the content of each task.  You can cancel the submission to update the information.

When the milestone has been approved, the milestone status will update to "Milestone Complete".  

Note: Approval or completion of a milestone is not required before a user completes tasks on subsequent milestones in the workflow.

Note: You can set notifications to receive emails when milestone statuses change.
