How to process requests to CHANGE EXISTING integrated financing products
Most integrated partners do not accept changes through Sighten; they are done directly by the financier
The exceptions are Dividend and LoanPal, which allow updates to products, terms, and APR combinations and dealer fees (approval required)

Mosaic has both integrated and configured products
Integrated products (Mosaic PowerSwitch Choice, Mosaic PowerSwitch Plus) cannot be changed by Sighten - refer them to their Mosaic account manager
Configured Mosaic products (PowerSwitch Zero, Home Improvement) can be changed by submitting a typeform
How to process requests for NEW integrated financing
