Disable a Customer’s DocuSign
While this process is best done when an organization has no contracts out for signature, that may be impractical.
If the green checkmark is visible on a customer’s DocuSign tile, then the customer has their own DocuSign account active. The steps below are needed to revert back to Sighten’s DocuSign.
