If an account reaches out to support and indicates that they would like to switch from their own EagleView account to EverBright’s EagleView account, please follow the instructions below to authenticate EagleView in the organization's account settings.

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact EagleView to cancel their existing subscription or to request a refund. EverBright should not suggest that a refund or cancellation are possible since the business relationship is between EagleView and the customer. |
NOTE: The only exception to eligibility for free access to EagleView is if the organization is an exclusive partner to a financier. Quickest way to check is to log in to Django, navigate to customers, then search for the org. The example below is not eligible for free EV images because they’re exclusive to Swell financing.
