A customer may request to change their EverBright finance contract after the system has been installed. EverBright will allow the change under certain conditions.

Message to the customer:

Hello,

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Changes from one product to another (i.e. PPA to a RIC)

  1. The customer must provide a reason for the change

  2. Risk must approve the change

  3. The installer must be informed, approve the request, requote and explain the difference

  4. Support agents must contact the customer and explain the difference between the two products with respect to buydown and tax incentives.

  5. The change is subject to current pricing.

  6. Funds from the original contract will be clawed back and then reapplied according to the new contract

Message to the installer:

Hello,

[customer name] [link to job] contacted EverBright and requested to change their contract from a [product] to [product]. EverBright will approve the change, under the following conditions:

  1. [Org name] must also approve the change

  2. [Org name] agrees to provide the customer with a new quote under the requested product (subject to current pricing)

  3. [Org name] explains the difference between the two products and contracts

  4. Funds from the original contract will be clawed back and then reapplied according to the terms of the new contract

[customer name] is expecting a call from their sales representative to explain these differences. Please reply to this email with your approval of the request.

Message to the installer:

Hello,

[customer name] [link to job] contacted EverBright and requested to change their contract from a [product] to Cash. EverBright will approve the change, if [Org name] also approves. Be aware that conversion to a Cash deal will result in a clawback of all funds dispersed to date for the project. Please reply to this email with your approval of the request.
