Background: ASA is currently going out of business and their jobs are being reassigned to other installersNextPhase Energy.

 

Homeowners should have received a letter, or they will receive a letter regarding transferring their account to a new installer. A copy of the letter has been provided below.

If an agent receives a call from a homeowner concerned about regarding ASA going out of business, the agent should reply:

Thank you for contacting EverBright support regarding your concern. EverBright will be reassigning your job to another installer. You will receive additional information once that has been completed. Your payments have been paused until this issue has been resolvedhas identified a trusted installation partner to complete the remaining work on your system. You will be receiving a letter in the mail regarding the transfer. A representative of the new installation partner will also contact you. Your EverBright financing agreement is still active and valid, but your monthly payments to EverBright will not become due until your system is placed in service.

 

If a homeowner calls and they have has a contract with ASA and states that their roof is leaking due to the panel installation, the agent should send a detailed email to Morela Gomes (Unlicensed) and cc Cassandra Mercado. Include in the email:

  • Homeowners name

  • Homeowners address

  • Homeowners contact info.

  • Engine Link

  • Summary of the concern

If an ASA sales rep contacts EB regarding a delayed job, the agent should reply:
