Background: ASA is currently going out of business and their jobs are being reassigned to other installers.

If an agent receives a call from a homeowner concerned about ASA going out of business, the agent should reply:

Thank you for contacting EverBright support regarding your concern. EverBright will be reassigning your job to another installer. You will receive additional information once that has been completed. Your payments have been paused until this issue has been resolved.

If a homeowner calls and they have a contract with ASA and states that their roof is leaking due to the panel installation, the agent should send a detailed email to Morela Gomes (Unlicensed) and cc Cassandra Mercado. Include in the email:

  • Homeowners name

  • Homeowners address

  • Homeowners contact info

  • Engine Link

  • Summary of the concern

If a homeowner that has a contract with ASA contacts EB regarding a Mechanical Lien, open a ticket. Ask the homeowner to provide a copy of the notice they received. Tag your supervisor and the supervisor will send an email to davies.gallagher and cc Cassandra Mercado.

Also refer to Mechanics Liens.

If an ASA sales rep contacts EB regarding a delayed job, the agent should reply:

Thank you for contacting EverBright support with your concerns. We are aware of the job delays, and we are diligently working to get this issue resolved. We appreciate your patience as we work through this. We apologize for the inconvenience.
