If you receive an API Access Request you must proceed with the following steps depending on the applicable scenario:
If the Requestor is an Org Admin and THEY ARE already on this sheet Installer - API Integration Tracker.xlsx :
- Tag Ruel.Balicas, Charles Bazile, Nathan Dubbs, Eric Suarez (So they will be responsible for following the process for /wiki/spaces/CX/pages/2954035234)
If the Org is NOT on this Sheet Installer - API Integration Tracker.xlsx :
- It means that this is a new integration & CS should hold a kick-off so the following canned response should be sent to the Org
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out! We have passed this on to our sales team and they will follow up shortly. Currently, we are supporting API integration requests for approved EverBright partners.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Best Regards,
- Any client that is approved to sell EverBright Financing Products
- Organizations on this sheet, since they are already working with us on an API Integration
...
- Once the canned response has been sent you will need to re-assign the ticket to John Kilfoil
...

- example Slack post: "Hi team, Made Up Solar Company LLC is requesting API access but they are not approved for EverBright. I have emailed Davies as discussed"
- example email: "Hi Davies, Made Up Solar Company LLC is requesting API access but they are not approved for EverBright. Can you please reach out to john@email.com ? They are located in CA"
- In the ticket, send the response below and then close as follows:
