Starting on August 27th 2024, PPA contracts will be revised to promote ACH Autopay adoption by offering homeowners a $15 USD Monthly Credit on their bill (As long as they are enrolled in ACH recurring payments)This is based on contract generation , meaning that any contract generated prior this date is not eligible for this discount ,

This Monthly Credit applies only to contracts generated on or after August 27th, 2024. Contracts created before this date, even if signed on the 27th, are NOT eligible for the credit.

  • To use this credit, any contract generated before August 27th must be voided and a new contract created.

Does the “Pay By Check” will still be available in the contract?

-No, the Pay by check election form will no longer be in the contract, leaving only the ACH sign up form

Is the Homeowner now required to pay by ACH?

-Homeowners are not required to pay by ACH, but they will need to acknowledge that they forego the $15 USD monthly discount if they choose not to use ACH automatic payments.
