Updated PPA Contract & ACH Autopay Adoption
Background: Since August 27th, 2024, PPA contracts have been revised to promote ACH Autopay adoption by offering homeowners a $15 USD discount on their monthly bill (As long as they are enrolled in ACH recurring payments).
This discount applies only to contracts generated on or after August 27th, 2024.
Contracts created before this date, even if signed on the 27th, are NOT eligible for the credit.

Does the “Pay By Check” will still be available in the contract?
-No, the Pay by check election form will no longer be in the contract, leaving only the ACH sign up form
Is the Homeowner now required to pay by ACH?
-Homeowners are not required to pay by ACH, they have the flexibility to choose their payment method, but by opting for ACH automatic payments, they can enjoy a $15 USD monthly discount on their bill. We encourage you to take advantage of this great benefit and make your payments even more convenient!
