If the homeowner fails to answer the (LexisNexis knowledgebase questions) to verify their identity when LexisNexis knowledge-based authentication (KBA) questions while completing the change orders (HCO/ICO/NCCO), they can resend the change order document. The homeowner can attempt has up to 4 attempts to answer the KBA up to 4 timesquestions. If they fail after all 4 attempts, the installer needs to re-send must resend the ICO/HCO or NCCO. The KBA questions are aleatory generated randomly based on the HO homeowner's information. |
