If the homeowner fails to answer the (LexisNexis knowledgebase questions) to verify their identity when completing the change orders (HCO/ICO/NCCO) they can resend the change order document. This will allow the homeowner to re-verify their identity. The homeowner can attempt to answer the KBA up to 4 times. If they fail after 4 attempts, the installer needs to re-send the ICO/HCO or NCCO. The questions are aleatory based on the HO information. |
