Does my account have access to the Genability integration?
All newly onboarded installers have access to the feature from the get-go. You can confirm you have access to this feature using the UI comparison for the site page shown below. If it appears you do not have the feature activated, please send an email to support@sighten.io to have it turned on.

Are there user interface (UI) differences with Genability?
The utility section of the site page looks simpler when the Genability integration is active. With the Genability integration turned on there are only two dropdown lists: Electric Utility and Utility Rate Schedule. Without the Genability integration turned on there are four dropdown lists - Electric Utility, Utility Territory, Utility Rate Schedule and Heating Source. The heating source will now be included in the rate name in the dropdown. This makes finding the appropriate utility and rate schedule much easier and intuitive for Sighten users. In applicable locations, the UI will show the post-solar rate switch turned on by default. The dropdown for post-solar rate only shows relevant TOU rates. The image below shows an example for an address in Dublin, CA.
