Contracts

• Added ability to regenerate unsent contracts to reflect any changes to the account or project without needing to create a new quote

Settings

• Added legal name field in Organization settings and implemented new logic to utilize these metrics in documents and contracts if available

Stability

We have been hard at work generally improving the stability of our platform. Some of the specific improvements are:

• Quote

  • Optimized metric performance

• Settings

• Update to ensure that a user cannot archive default proposal templates

• Enforced creating adders with all required fields

Ensured user can upload spec sheets for monitoring and racking equipment

To better account for updates made to your ongoing jobs, we have rolled out a new feature that will automatically mark documents stale when information changes so they can regenerate with newly updated information.

• We have made improvements to the metric performance for contracts and proposals.

Operations

• Blocked the generation of a change order on operations workflows when there is not yet a signed contract for the quote.
