How do I Book live training?

We provide live training on many topics. All training requests start from the EverBright Training_Bookings page. From there, you will be sent a confirmation email message where you can further manage your Booking. In addition, you will receive reminders (1 day & 1 hour) in advance of the training time.

PLEASE NOTE: If you fail to receive the confirmation or reminder emails (other than above), please check your SPAM folder. The messages are sent automatically by the Microsoft Bookings service. If no messages are found in your SPAM folder, please contact your EverBright Account Manager (you may need to contact one of your internal Organization Administrators first).

• EverBright Funding / Milestones

  • An overview/introduction to EverBright funding and milestone steps to completing installs quickly from start to PTO. Milestones and tasks within each milestone will be reviewed of most common issues and how to resolve including critical links to additional support, training documents and educational videos. (Approximately 45 minutes)

• EverBright Finance Products

  • An overview/introduction to EverBright products offerings, options and requirements. The following topics will be reviewed products, descriptions, title requirements, credit requirements results and stipulations, homeowner agreement overview, welcome call, change orders, milestone overview and design guidelines. (Approximately 45 minutes)

• EverBright Engine Training - Job Creation through Contract Signing

  • Please select a date/time for EverBright Training. A Training appointment is 60 minutes long. Training covers EverBright Engine use and operation (Address through Contract Phases) for job creation and then sending contracts for signature..

• EverBright Engine Training - Org Admin Settings & User Permissions

  • Please select a date/time for EverBright Training. A Training appointment is 60 minutes long, and may start on any the times listed. This 1 hour session will go over the settings and permissions an Org Admin may/must make for their organization. PLEASE NOTE - If you are not a current member of the Organization Administration Team, in your organization, this training will be cancelled.

• EverBright Engine Training - Open Topic

  • Please select a date/time for EverBright Training. A Training appointment is 60 minutes long, and may start on any the times listed. Please understand that while the topic is open, the training need is still restricted to EverBright Engine use and operation (Address through Contract Phases). Please be sure to complete the topic request.
