  • When a partner calls regarding a job on Compliance hold provide the following response:

“The job is currently on a compliance hold due to a routine review process. This is to ensure that the job meets all regulatory requirements. We will notify you once the hold is lifted and the job can continue processing”

  • If the partner requests further updates or technical details

  • Log th the inquiry as “Compliance Hold Inquiry

    • Then; advise them that the compliance team is handling the review process

Note

Agents are NOT auhorized to manually move jobs on compliance hold forward in the workflow until notified by the compliance team

  • If a partner is contacting us asking for information about the “Split Input” option Support agents should respond with the following script:

“EverBright has temporarily disabled the “Split Input” feature for maintenance. While the Feature is unavailable you can use the (Full Input Solver) or the (Cost/Kw option). Everbright will provide updates on enhancements to the solver shortly”
