Compliance Hold & Partner Inquiries about the "split Input" Feature

Compliance Hold & Partner Inquiries about the "split Input" Feature

Background: A total of 2400 jobs have been placed on a compliance hold. These jobs were calculated using the “Split Solving” method for storage and solar separately.

The jobs have been paused to ensure compliance requirements are met before advancing in the workflow

Additionally, The “Split Input” Feature in the quote solver, used by partners to input battery and solar costs separately, has been temporarily disabled for maintenance

  • Jobs placed on compliance hold are marked under the “Everbright Hold” Status in Engine

  • These jobs have been processed using separate calculations for storage and solar components
