For select rates in SightenEverBright, our utility provider, Genability, is unable to support calculating a utility bill and usage using exclusively monthly or annual bill inputs.  This results in the following error message: 

UTL-014 - Cannot calculate usage from bill input for import/export rates.

This utility rate is an import/export tariff.  We do not currently support bill entry for these rates. Please enter usage or consider using another rate.Image Removed

To remedy this issue: you can keep the same rate and use either : 1) our of these two workarounds:

  1. Our full entry input mode, where you enter in both the usage and the bill cost, or
