Email Template for needing the Channel Manager Org Admin:
Hi,
Thank you for your request!
Before we can complete this request, we need permission from your organization administrator in the channel manager account. The organization administrator we define as anyone who as permissions to the Settings phase and Manager permissions. If you're unsure of who your organization administrator is, let us know and we can look them up for you. Here is more on how permissions are set in Sighten. The channel manager account we define as the account that Sighten directly has the partnership with.
In the future, to prevent any delays while we ask for permission, you can add your organization's administrator email to the form. This will ensure no delays!
