Non-title applicants are allowed for the purposes of running credit but must be on the agreement.Applicant or Applicants must be on the Home’s Title.
If a co-applicant in the agreement is needed; it will be required that both (Primary and Secondary) are registered in the Title of this property (We will not allow a Co-Signer that is not in Title).
