Credit Qualification:
· Credit approval expires 60 days after credit decisioning
· Credit cannot be initiated for an individual more than 2 times within 30 days.
· Credit can be transferred to a new project for the purpose of a financial product change by the applicant(s)
o Must be the same installation address
o Must be the same individual in which credit is being transferred
o Cannot extend past credit check passed 90 days: expiration limit (90 days)
Credit Requirements for PPA/Lease:
· Credit standards and requirements may be modified or updated by installer, state/territory, and/or financial products based on our FICO and credit portfolio requirements instituted by our banking agreements.
