EverFixed and/or EverFlex

Title Requirements:

Ownership by Individuals

One or more applicants:

  • Must be an individual on the title and sign the agreement.

  • Non-title applicants are allowed for the purposes of running credit but must be on the agreement.

  • The exact name(s) from the title must be on the homeowner agreement and must be executor(s) of the agreement.

Ownership by Trust

  • At least one trustee must reside in the property and sign the agreement.

  • The exact name of the trustee as listed on the trust agreement must be on the EverFixed and/or EverFlex agreement.

  • Additional documents required: pages of the document/trust which shows the full name of the trust, all trustees, the date of formation of the trust, and the signature page of the trust.

Ownership by LLC, S Corp, and C Corp

  • A director or officer of the entity must reside in the property and must be an executor of the agreement.

  • One or more applicants must pass credit requirements and sign the agreement.

  • Additional documentation required: business formation documents showing all officers and directors of the entity, and the signature page of the business formation documentation.
