Background: There may be instances where EverBright needs to provide a prepayment/buyout (PPA) or payoff (RIC) amount. This request could be received as follows:

Email ticket from Launch
Failed credit qualification for a Home Transfer Sale

This process is only to be handled by Nehemiah @ EverBrightand Marti Ranea

Process Overview

STEP	ACTION
1	EverBright Customer Support creates a case in Salesforce under the customer’s contact record
1	Log into Launch Account Servicing Portal with your credentials to obtain a screenshot of the contract information status of the account
2	Send an email to Ryan Cabral Soto <ryan.cabralsoto@goeverbright.com> and Brian Wang <brian.wang@goeverbright.com> with the following information: (Pending: Intergrade into Salesforce) Borrower’s Name Contract ID The screenshot of the contract information status of the account Type of request PPA: Prepayment (<6th year) or buyout (>6th year) RIC: Payoff
3	Forward the above information once available to Launch through the original form of communication
4	Close Salesforce case
