The email address used to log into Sighten is case sensitive! If you try to log in and capitalize your email here in a way that does not match our records then log in will fail. If you cannot remember how your login username is capitalized within Sighten, please reach out to your Organization Administrator or Sighten support who can look it up for you.
If you've forgotten your password, it's easy to reset.
Go to the Sighten login page and click Forgot password?
Enter the email address you use to log in to Sighten, then click “Send Link”. Keep in mind, the login email is case sensitive so if you capitalize your email here in a way that does not match our records then this email will not send. If you cannot remember how your login username is capitalized within Sighten, please reach out to your Organization Administrator or Sighten support who can look it up for you.
In your email inbox, you will receive an email called "Reset Sighten Password". If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please reach out to us at support@sighten.io and include the email address you tried to send it to.
Open the email and click the Reset button.
The link will redirect you to a page where you can create a new password. Enter a new password, enter it again to confirm, and click Set Password.
Password Character Requirements
Passwords must be at least 7 characters long and meet 3 out of the following 4 categories: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, and special characters (!@#$%^&*?_~.).
You have now successfully reset your password!
